Our tooling department has the ability to support their customers in all aspects of the tool & die trade. Our dedicated staff of designers, program managers, and journeymen are experienced in the handling of both single and multiple die program launches.

We perform die repair, troubleshooting, and prototyping of parts and tooling for their customers. Contract machining time on our CNC’s and wire EDM is a service we have performed for many tool & die shops throughout Michigan.

With a full time Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) technician on staff, we are able to verify quality throughout the die build. The reverse engineering capabilities of our CMM software has allowed us to recreate die sections when prints were unavailable. This has been a valuable asset for repairing older or resourced tools.
